The birthdays can be written as meeting, memo or anniversary. When the birtdays are written as meeting or memo the current age is added. The birthdate is added to all calendar entries as description. The birthdays are written either for the current year or for the current and the next year. Birthdays for S60 also has a function to delete the birthday entries created by Birthdays for S60 from the calendar of the S60 smartphone. Searching, deleting and writing of the birthdays to the calendar can take several minutes. Therefore a progress indicator is integrated. Up to now no errors were reported regarding writing and deleting of birthdays in the calendar. However it is recommended to backup the calendar before writing or deleting birthdays in the calendar.
